Abnormal AI is seeking a Principal, Strategy & Transformation to join the Go-to-Market Strategy team. You will source data, build models, and package sharp recommendations for senior stakeholders, using AI to enable a single seat rather than multiple roles.

The role emphasizes driving cross-functional execution, owning end-to-end analysis, and leveraging AI tools to extend your impact across sales, marketing, and customer success. A senior-level, post-MBA track record is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA required or equivalent direct-promotion track record in consulting or top-tier tech strategy/bizops.
• Deep experience in enterprise tech; cybersecurity knowledge is a plus, not required.
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence without formal authority.
• Experience managing large-scale transformations and cross-functional programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Frame and break down complex business problems and drive analysis to a recommendation using AI tools as the default workflow.
• Build and iterate analyses, models, and dashboards independently.
• Coordinate across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather information and co-create deliverables.
• Present recommendations that withstand executive scrutiny.
• Drive cross-functional execution after recommendations land and manage timelines.
• Provide coaching to analysts and strategy team members on using AI to extend output.
