Traversal, based in New York, is seeking a Go-To-Market Engineer to build and scale our AI-native revenue engine. You will design AI-powered workflows that generate qualified pipeline, streamline the customer journey, and enable the marketing team to operate with automation and leverage.

You will shepherd a centralized marketing AI agent trained on our content and product knowledge. The role sits at the intersection of growth, automation, and engineering, requiring hands-on execution and bias

Competenze

• 5+ years of GTM systems or related technical roles in B2B SaaS.

Mansioni

• Build and ship AI-powered GTM workflows generating sales pipeline.
• Design and maintain a centralized marketing AI agent.
• Own GTM automation systems end-to-end including prospecting and routing.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Engineering to reduce friction.
• Design, test, and iterate growth experiments with measurable feedback.
• Establish governance and quality standards for AI across GTM.
