Cresta seeks an AI Engineer (GTM) to reimagine how go-to-market works. You will reduce manual work, target high-value accounts, and build AI-native systems integrated with our revenue stack. You’ll collaborate with the CEO, CRO, CMO, and Rev Ops to deploy scalable GTM solutions.

Location: Remote / Hybrid with SF/NYC targeting, across the US. Compensation combines base salary, equity, and a strong benefits package designed to accelerate revenue growth and personal impact.

Qualifikationen

• Strong GTM domain knowledge across sales, marketing and SDR workflows.
• Ability to write code, work with APIs, automation, and data systems.
• Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks and enterprise workflows.
