Job summary

Productboard is seeking a GTM Engineer to architect and implement scalable GTM tooling across marketing, sales and customer success. The role emphasizes a builder’s mindset, learning new technologies, deploying them effectively, and ensuring clean data flows for AI-enabled workflows.

You don’t need years of experience if you can demonstrate hands-on work on GTM automations, agent design, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience within a GTM team.
Built GTM automations and agents that improve pipeline, data quality, or efficiency.
Understanding of CRM and marketing automation concepts (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).
Experience with AI-enabled technologies in the GTM stack.

Responsibilities

Build or buy GTM technology solutions for the entire GTM organization (marketing, sales, post-sales).
Conceive and deploy agents and automations for GTM motions (outbound, inbound, lifecycle marketing, surveys).
Educate and enable the GTM team on newly deployed technologies and agents.
Organize system integrations and data hygiene for clean LLM inputs.
Support end-to-end campaign execution (lists, segmentation, assets, A/B tests, deployments).
