Job summary

Grotech Search Ltd is seeking an Agentic GTM Lead in New York to build and own a next-generation go-to-market engine. You will combine AI engineering, automation, content distribution and growth experimentation to create a scalable demand-gen function from the ground up.

You’ll have autonomy, work with the founding team, and own outbound automation, AI agents, and multi-channel campaigns. This role offers significant ownership and potential equity upside within a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, Technical Growth Marketing or a similar hands-on role.
• Proven success building automated demand-generation systems that deliver measurable pipeline.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot and AI/LLM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build the GTM Engine: Design and implement scalable demand-generation infrastructure across outbound, content, email, social and SEO/GEO.
• AI & Automation: Develop AI agents and automated workflows for prospecting, enrichment, personalisation, lead scoring and CRM integration.
• Growth Experimentation: Identify new acquisition opportunities, launch experiments, measure performance and scale what works.
• Content & Distribution: Build automated content workflows that turn founder insights, podcasts, webinars and video into multichannel campaigns.
• Outbound Engineering: Create signal-based prospecting systems using tools such as Clay, n8n, APIs and CRM automation.
• Commercial Ownership: Track campaign performance, qualified meetings and pipeline contribution, continuously optimising for revenue impact.
• Build From Zero: Own the strategy, infrastructure and execution, with the freedom to introduce new ideas and challenge existing approaches.
