Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 2+ years in a Staff/Lead role focusing on marketing tech
• Deep expertise in modern JavaScript and React, especially Next.js and headless architectures
• Applied AI experience with hands-on LLM integrations and AI tooling
• Proven track record building experimentation frameworks and personalization engines

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the technical plan for Ripple’s marketing web platform, ensuring scalability and high traffic readiness
• Pioneer AI integration and workflow automation to boost team efficiency and output
• Engineer experimentation and personalization infrastructure to support complex campaigns
• Build robust data pipelines and integrations with Segment, GA4, Marketo, Salesforce
