Job summary

Rippling is seeking a senior AI-focused IC on the Growth Operations team in San Francisco. You will design AI agents and automated workflows across Marketing and Sales, embedding with SDRs and marketers to accelerate funnel conversion.

You will build and monitor AI-powered processes, extend Rippling's homegrown stack, and own data pipelines with SQL queries, dashboards, and cross-system data flows. You’ll ship fast and relentlessly iterate.

Qualifications

SQL expert capable of independent data querying and modeling.
Hands-on AI builder who has built, prompted, automated, evaluated, or deployed AI tools.
Relentlessly scrappy and self-sufficient; ships beyond your role.
Bias for speed: ship and improve.
Strong communicator bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Background in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or Salesforce admin role.
Experience with Salesforce flows, automations, reporting.
Hands-on with Outreach or Salesloft and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Iterable).

Responsibilities

Embed AI across the GTM funnel and build proprietary systems for automation, personalization, and conversion.
Automate end-to-end GTM processes like enrichment, lead routing, account research, outbound generation, and pipeline hygiene.
Build AI-powered system monitoring to catch data quality issues and routing failures.
Extend Rippling's homegrown stack by adding AI capabilities to Playbook and DemoTime.
Design AI-powered frameworks to ensure consistent, actionable SDR execution layers.
Own the data layer with complex SQL queries and dashboards across systems.
