Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive analytics across its product and business portfolio. You will build frameworks to evaluate performance and use AI tooling to accelerate insights for stakeholders.

You'll partner with product leads to frame questions, shape roadmaps, and define success metrics; lead analyses and tooling for scalable, self-serve insights while mentoring peers and raising the team's analytical bar.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data science or quantitative analysis with measurable impact.
• Data science partner to cross-functional teams shaping roadmaps.
• Analytics and measurement frameworks adopted by teams.
• Hands-on AI acceleration of analytics and insights.
• Expertise in experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, statistics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as data science lead for product or business areas (Payments, Stablecoin, or Custody).
• Shape roadmap decisions with product and business leads and define success.
• Build product and network health metrics and forecasting models.
• Apply AI to accelerate analytics and self-serve insights for partners.
• Evaluate growth across customers, corridors, and on-chain activity.
• Define metrics and communicate results to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues and raise analytical standards across the team.
