Job summary

Capgemini seeks a FS Core Data Management GTM Leader to build and take to market a differentiated, AI-driven capability spanning governance, data quality, MDM/RDM, metadata and lineage, and privacy across hybrid data ecosystems. The role covers offerings, solutions, and campaigns for Banking and Insurance clients.

You will own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and GTM execution, enabling sellers with talk tracks and ROI models while scaling Managed Data Services across the federated data

Qualifications

• 5+ years across data management and data platforms with governance, quality, and privacy focus.
• GTM leadership: building offerings, messaging, and sales enablement; executive presence.
• Experience embedding automation and GenAI into data management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for FS Core Data Management and Managed Data Services.
• Define market-facing offerings, packaging, pricing models, and delivery playbooks.
• Architect an AI-enabled operating model for data management with reusable agents.
• Lead GTM execution: messaging, decks, demos, briefs, ROI models, and talks.
• Drive marketing to generate pipeline; support opportunities and client engagements.
