Capgemini is seeking a Portfolio Growth & GTM Lead (Financial Services) for NY/NJ, onsite day one and hybrid work options. The role blends commercial deal origination with deep architectural authority, engaging with Enterprise Architects, Principal Engineers, and CDOs to shape cloud data and AI strategies for banking and insurance portfolios.

You will co-sell with AWS/GCP and Databricks, curate bespoke proposals, and own the commercial thread from start to close, aligning technical blueprints

Qualifications

12+ years in IT services or consulting with architecture and deal origination.
Hands-on depth across Oracle, MongoDB, and data platforms.
Proven alliance and co-selling with AWS, GCP, and Databricks.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews with client enterprise architects.
Drive FS deal lifecycle from opportunity mapping to closure.
Develop repeatable FS GTM offers and collaborate with Business Units.
Co-sell with AWS/GCP and Databricks, mining accounts.
