Job summary

Capital Group is building a cutting-edge EDG team to transform data governance at enterprise scale. You will lead the governance transformation, own strategy and operating model, and drive AI-enabled governance across domains.

You will develop a high-performing team and champion governance-as-code practices to raise standards in a complex financial services environment. You will work in a role that combines hands-on execution with strategic leadership, shaping how data is governed and used

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business management or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in data governance, data management or information management.
• At least 3 years leading high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience building governance programs from the ground up.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML for governance automation including governance-as-code and policy-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance transformation across investment, operations, and client domains.
• Own the enterprise data governance strategy and operating model.
• Drive enterprise adoption through change leadership and enable AI-enabled governance.
