Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced Data & AI GTM & Delivery Leader to drive growth and executive client engagement across the FMCG and Consumer Products sectors. You will shape transformation initiatives, lead complex pursuits, and grow revenue through Data, Analytics, AI, and Cloud modernization solutions.
The role requires deep industry expertise, proven success with multimillion-dollar portfolios, and strong executive relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of consulting, professional services, business development, account management, or delivery leadership experience.
- Proven track record selling and delivering Data & AI, Analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation programs.
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar consulting engagements and transformation portfolios.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive Data & AI growth strategy within strategic FMCG and Consumer Products accounts.
- Identify, qualify, shape, and close large transformation opportunities focused on Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud, and Digital Transformation.
- Lead solution development, proposal creation, executive presentations, SOW development, and RFP responses.
- Develop strategic account growth plans to expand Capgemini's market presence and wallet share.
