Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a seasoned Data & AI GTM & Delivery Leader to drive growth, executive client engagement, and delivery excellence across FMCG and Consumer Products. You will expand Data & AI consulting, shape transformation programs, and manage multimillion-dollar portfolios with a focus on measurable business value.

You will collaborate with sales, alliances, and delivery teams to grow Capgemini's footprint in strategic accounts, touching demand forecasting, analytics, digital commerce,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of consulting, professional services, or delivery leadership experience.
• Proven track record selling and delivering Data & AI, Analytics, ML, and Cloud programs.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar engagements and portfolios.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Data & AI growth strategy within large FMCG/CPRS accounts.
• Lead solution development, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Develop strategic growth plans to expand Capgemini's market presence.
• Represent Capgemini at conferences and client events; build trusted partnerships.
• Provide executive oversight for complex programs across multiple accounts.
• Ensure delivery excellence, governance, and profitability.
