Job summary

Capgemini seeks a highly experienced Data & AI GTM & Delivery Leader to drive growth, client transformation, and delivery excellence across the Consumer Products, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, and Services sectors.

This market-facing leader will expand Data & AI consulting and delivery capabilities, develop strategic client relationships, lead complex pursuits, and drive revenue growth through Data, Analytics, AI, Generative AI, and Cloud Transformation services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA, advanced degree, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in consulting, professional services, account management, and/or delivery leadership.
Experience in Data & AI, Analytics, Cloud, and digital transformation services.
Proven success selling and delivering large-scale Data & AI engagements with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue growth opportunities across existing and new CPRS client accounts.
Position Data & AI solutions, qualify opportunities, respond to RFPs, and prepare SOWs for executives.
Develop strategic account growth plans to expand Capgemini's Data & AI presence.
Lead delivery excellence, governance, and value realization across engagements.
