Job summary

Databricks seeks an AI-first enablement leader to design and deploy a global, personalized enablement engine for field sales. You will partner with Global Sales Enablement and regional teams to deliver targeted tracks, apps, and processes that accelerate ramp and seller productivity.

You will lead through cross-functional influence, ship AI-enabled content, and build scalable enablement programs that drive measurable downstream impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a GTM role or product/marketing leadership for a data/AI platform.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for customers.
• Hands-on builder who ships apps, skills, and content with AI.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, plan, and process enabling AI-first enablement across sales roles.
• Build an AI-native system turning enablement into personalized tracks by role and segment.
• Develop apps, agents, and automated processes; pilot and iterate rapidly.
• Collaborate with regional teams to pilot, refine, and localize outputs.
• Establish operating rigor, cadence, metrics, and feedback loops with stakeholders.
• Influence senior sales leaders on model priorities.
