Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution consulting or related customer-facing roles.

• Strong ability to partner with sales in complex enterprise buying environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations/workshops to understand objectives and success criteria.
• Develop and present tailored solution proposals articulating value and outcomes.
• Collaborate across sales, product, delivery, legal, finance and customer success for readiness.
• Stay current on AI, workforce strategy, digital transformation, and best practices.
• Occasional travel to support engagements.
