Job summary

Quandri is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Manager to lead onboarding of strategic brokerage/agency partners. You will align stakeholders, define success metrics, manage deployment timelines, and ensure user adoption across cross-functional teams.

You’ll work with Product, Engineering, CS, and Sales to deliver a seamless implementation experience. Travel up to 25% may be required as you scale adoption and value delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in enterprise SaaS implementation.
• Background in AMS systems (e.g. Applied Epic, Vertafore AMS360) or other InsureTech solutions.
• Track record of cross-functional project management.
• Strategic mindset, strong communicator, and empathy-driven leader.
• Experience running structured implementations for enterprise-level organizations.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and develop training materials.
• Consulting skills to steer customer workshops and manage expectations.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation lifecycle from pre-sale requirements to go-live.
• Build project plans, align technical and business requirements, manage stakeholders.
• Define data requirements and success criteria with customer IT and business leads.
• Deliver high-touch onboarding experiences that drive adoption and value.
• Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines; coordinate with specialists.
• QA and test implemented solutions; validate AI outputs for accuracy and relevance.
