Job summary

Qualia, based in Austin with remote opportunities, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead high-stakes enterprise engagements. You will orchestrate post-sales lifecycle, coordinating Professional Services, Implementation, Support, and Product Development, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled efficiency.

You will drive strategic alignment, manage executive communications, and push for scalable AI-driven processes that reduce administrative drag while maintaining exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing high-touch, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.
• AI power-user with experience using AI agents, automation platforms (e.g., Zapier/Make), and LLMs to optimize workflow and team output.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support) that do not report directly to you.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex project statuses into clear, executive-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex enterprise programs from kickoff to long-term maturity.
• Bridge between Professional Services (delivery), Implementation (technical setup), Product (features), and Support (on-call stability).
• Align product roadmap with long-term needs of strategic accounts; own strategy and delivery timeline.
• Drive executive-aligned communication cadences with client executives and internal leadership, with data-backed reporting on program health.
• Identify bottlenecks and deploy AI tools to eliminate administrative drag in the program lifecycle.
• Forecast risks and delays using AI-integrated project management platforms to protect client experience.
• Introduce new AI-driven tools and workflows to scale programs without headcount growth.
• Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with key program team members and client stakeholders.
