Job summary

Confido, the AI infrastructure powering modern CPG brands, seeks a Director of Implementation in NYC to own onboarding end-to-end for enterprise customers. You’ll collaborate with product, CS, and sales to design scalable processes from kickoff to go-live.

You’ll lead multi-project deployments, tailor the platform to client workflows, and build an implementation playbook while reporting KPIs to leadership. This role is a high-impact IC in a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, deployments, or complex client onboarding.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Strong project management skills; comfortable owning a plan, running status calls, and escalating when off track.
• Technical curiosity; ability to dig into data, configure software, and troubleshoot without hand-holding.
• Experience with CPG, retail, or supply chain customers is a plus, but not required.
• Builder mindset and excitement to be in NYC headquarters 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle—from kickoff through go-live—for new enterprise customers.
• Design and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workstreams across deployments.
• Configure and customize the Confido platform to match customer workflows, data structures, and requirements.
• Drive customer-side stakeholder alignment and ensure the right people are engaged at the right moments.
• Develop training materials and onboarding sessions for users across personas.
