Job summary

DCS Consulting and Staffing is seeking an Implementation Manager who will lead enterprise software deployments and business transformation initiatives for strategic Detroit-area clients. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or digital transformation projects within SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or technology organizations.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, production, or related operational environments is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct management authority.
• Experience managing multiple enterprise customer engagements simultaneously.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of customer implementation roadmaps, including AI-enabled solutions and platform capabilities.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, building trusted relationships with executive sponsors, stakeholders, and end users.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful project execution.
• Travel to customer locations as needed to strengthen relationships, facilitate workshops, and resolve critical issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives, operational environment, and strategic priorities.
• Identify implementation risks early, proactively manage issues, and drive successful customer outcomes.
• Monitor user adoption, platform utilization, and business impact while communicating progress to customer leadership.
• Measure and report business value, ROI, and operational improvements achieved through solution adoption.
• Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, and change requests across multiple concurrent customer engagements.
• Lead customer meetings, executive business reviews, training sessions, and adoption planning activities.
