Job summary

Triple Whale Inc. is hiring an Implementation Manager, Enterprise to lead onboarding for our largest customers. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, configure tracking and integrations, and ensure go‑live success with AI-driven workflows via Moby.

You will partner with Success, Product, Support and Solutions; mentor teammates; and drive adoption across executive and practitioner audiences, all while operating remotely in the Pacific Time zone.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in implementation, onboarding, solutions consulting, or technical account management at a SaaS company.
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder onboarding.
• Technical fluency: tracking, integrations, APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with martech/ecommerce stacks like Shopify, Meta, Google Ads.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Curiosity about AI and mentoring mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with Enterprise customers to clarify objectives and success criteria.
• Own end-to-end delivery for Enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure and validate tracking, platform integrations, and data sources.
• Advise on customer tech stacks and involve Solutions Architecture for custom work.
• Validate attribution and data accuracy pre go-live.
• Onboard customers onto Moby and enable AI-led workflows.
• Lead training sessions for adoption with executives and practitioners.
• Document configurations and open items for Customer Success handoff.
• Collaborate with Success, Product, Support, and Solutions to unblock customers.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to playbooks.
