Job summary

Arcadia is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through live deployment and ongoing value realization.

You will manage data connector projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders while driving adoption, renewal, and account health. Travel is required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years leading account implementation and customer success processes in software/technology, ideally in healthcare, with claims and clinical data integration experience.
• Experience with governance, risk management, and renewal conversations.
• Comfort leading client-facing conversations and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts as the primary contact through onboarding, delivery and renewal.
• Lead status meetings, manage expectations, and communicate progress and risks clearly.
• Coordinate data connector builds, platform configuration, and cross-team dependencies.
• Maintain account health scores and drive value realization through QBRs/EBRs and stakeholder alignment.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and ensure long-term retention.
