Job summary

Quotacom are partnered with a fast-scaling AI-powered SaaS platform for retail and hospitality operations, delivering enterprise deployments to leading brands. You will lead complex implementations, work with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, and drive go-live and ongoing adoption.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of enterprise SaaS implementation experience, excellent communication and influencing skills, and familiarity with APIs, SQL, and HRIS

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise SaaS implementations in professional services, solution consulting, or technical consulting.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence decisions and recommend best practices.
• Nice to have: experience with enterprise system integrations, retail ops, or digital transformation consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise deployments for large organisations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Guide customers through discovery, design, configuration, go-live and adoption.
• Deliver hands-on platform configuration and post-implementation support.
