Job summary

Fulcrum, a San Francisco-based AI platform for insurance brokerages, seeks an AI Deployment Strategist to guide the top 100 brokerages through transformation, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and integration into core workflows.

You will work with forward-deployed engineers and executives to translate broker needs into solutions, drive ROI, and expand Fulcrum’s footprint across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in management consulting, technical account management, solutions engineering, insurance brokerage operations, or AI/SaaS deployment roles.
• Technical fluency and ability to scope integrations with engineers without coding.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder rollouts on time.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior executives.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Bias toward action in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Trusted Advisor: serve as primary contact for enterprise brokerage partners through rollout, adoption, and integration.
• AI Transformation Leadership: shape AI strategies that modernize how brokers market, service, and grow accounts.
• Customer Implementations: manage deployment lifecycle for enterprise accounts, including integration with AMS/CRM and document repositories.
• Product Translation: translate broker needs into product requirements with forward-deployed engineers.
• Partner with Forward-Deployed Engineers: configure Fulcrum for diverse customer environments, including data integrations and automation.
• Strategic Business Reviews: lead executive-level ROI reviews and drive expansion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align customer, Sales, Product, and Engineering for rapid iteration.
• Training & Adoption: enable CSRs and executives to maximize platform impact.
