Job summary

Cloudflare in Nashville, TN is hiring a Customer Engineer to drive the technical go-to-market strategy. You will own the technical relationship from discovery through adoption and expansion, functioning as a quota-carrying technologist leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin toil.

You will partner with Account Executives to own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy, while showing measurable business outcomes across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Lead technical discovery with bespoke architectures and compelling product demonstrations.
• Onboarding and implementation oversight, serving as primary executive and engineering contact.
• Lead technical QBRs to translate platform capabilities into ROI for executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map customer initiatives to Cloudflare solutions.
• Build relationships and champions within customer accounts.
• Develop and present customer presentations at Enterprise level.
• Lead demo and PoC activities for Cloudflare prospects and customers.
• Create technical content (white papers, blog posts) to share expertise internally and externally.
• Represent Cloudflare at developer, community, technology, cybersecurity and industry events.
• Advise on best practices and domain expertise.
