Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within a highly technical environment.
• Deep understanding of Data, AI and machine learning concepts and how to configure agents and integrate them into existing flows.

Responsibilities

• Identify and position Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities with potential customers.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Sales team to drive Agentforce & Data 360 growth at current and new customers.
• Articulate to customers how the Salesforce Product stack delivers tailored solutions to transform engagement within existing architecture.
• Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze business problems and demonstrate impact at scale.
• Source and qualify opportunities that fit the ideal customer profile.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover clients' needs and map to Agentforce capabilities.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess client needs and demonstrate product value.
• Craft POVs that underscore the tangible value of Agentforce & Data 360 across technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process.
• Highlight alignment of solutions with clients' long-term strategic objectives.
• Present Agentforce use cases that resonate with buyers.
