Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our up-market team. You will drive revenue by selling AI agents and accelerating value across the Salesforce Customer 360 platform, collaborating with customers to unlock the full potential of our cloud ecosystem.

You will work with mid- and large-enterprise accounts, especially in Telecommunications, Media, and Technology, building relationships, coordinating resources, and delivering strategic account plans before closing deals.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in the field.
• Proven experience managing existing accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell, or acquiring new logos.
• Ability to present to customers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Build and execute long-term account strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.
• Perform account planning with Prime and Cloud sales resources for strategic alignment.
