Salesforce seeks an Account Executive with a strong technical background to drive revenue growth for Agentforce and Data Cloud. You will engage Public Sector and Nonprofit clients, translate complex AI and cloud capabilities into business value, and partner with colleagues to deliver tailored, scalable solutions.

You will lead discovery, build trusted relationships, and shape strategies that align with customers' long-term objectives and Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in highly technical environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI-driven customer engagement solutions and Salesforce platform.
• Experience selling to Public Sector and/or Nonprofit organizations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage Agentforce/Data Cloud customers in target markets.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Sales teams to grow Agentforce/Data Cloud adoption.
• Articulate Salesforce stack benefits and fit within customer architectures.
• Lead technical discovery to map business needs to AI/Cloud solutions.
• Source and qualify opportunities aligned with ideal customer profiles.
• Conduct discovery conversations and present compelling POVs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for a seamless client experience.
• Demonstrate measurable business impact and alignment with strategic goals.
