Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Manager to lead enterprise projects fusing Slack and Salesforce, guiding teams through the full delivery lifecycle. You will drive adoption of Slack AI features, build senior client relationships, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while continuously improving delivery methodologies in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of program/project delivery experience in SaaS or professional services.
• 5+ years of program management experience in a SaaS organization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack AI capabilities.
• Strong leadership, energy, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internally, including comfort presenting at the C-level.
• Ability to think creatively about a modern, AI-enabled delivery organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements through the Salesforce Delivery Methodology lifecycle — Discover, Define, Design, Deliver, Deploy, Scale, Monitor & Control.
• Drive adoption of Slack AI features (e.g., search, summaries, huddle notes, Workflow Builder, Slackbot) within client projects.
• Partner with Enterprise customers to align scope, objectives, and success measures with the methodology.
• Build senior client relationships and provide strategic guidance on delivery and AI-driven ways of working.
• Continuously improve delivery programs with AI-native practices to increase efficiency.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget; manage issues and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources including AI tooling to deliver success.
• Support customers extending Slack through integrations with Salesforce products.
