Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of program/project delivery experience for Engagement Delivery Manager, or 10-12+ years for Senior Engagement Delivery Manager, preferably in SaaS and/or professional services
• 5+ years of program management experience, preferably within a SaaS organization
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack AI product capabilities
• Strong leadership, energy, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internally, including comfort presenting at the C-level

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements through the full Salesforce Delivery Methodology lifecycle - Discover, Define, Design, Deliver, Deploy, Scale, Monitor & Control
• Help customers launch and mature on the Slack platform, including adoption of Slack AI
• Partner with Enterprise customers to align scope, objectives, and success measures
• Build senior client relationships and provide strategic guidance on delivery execution and AI-driven ways of working
• Continuously improve delivery programs with AI-native practices to increase efficiency
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget; manage issues and risks
• Work cross-functionally to bring resources to each engagement
• Support customers extending Slack through integrations with Salesforce products across cross-cloud delivery
