Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Delivery Manager to lead enterprise delivery initiatives for Slack and Slack AI capabilities, aligning with the Salesforce Delivery Methodology. You will build senior client relationships and guide delivery across multiple functions to ensure value delivery.

You will manage scope, schedule, and risk, driving adoption of AI-enabled practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of program/project delivery experience for Engagement Delivery Manager or 10-12+ years for Senior Engagement Delivery Manager
• 5+ years of program management experience in a SaaS organization
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to present at the C-level and build senior client relationships
• Familiarity with Salesforce products and Slack integrations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements through the Salesforce Delivery Methodology lifecycle (Discover, Define, Design, Deliver, Deploy, Scale, Monitor & Control)
• Launch and mature adoption of Slack AI capabilities within enterprise deployments
• Align scope, objectives, and success metrics with customers and internal teams
• Provide strategic guidance on delivery execution and AI-enabled ways of working
• Manage risks and issues, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring the right resources and AI tooling to engagements
• Support customers extending Slack through Salesforce integrations (e.g., Sales/Service Cloud) as part of a connected delivery experience
