Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced Engagement Delivery Manager or Senior Engagement Delivery Manager to lead enterprise project delivery across Slack integrations and Salesforce products. You will guide complex programs, drive AI-enabled delivery approaches, and build strong executive relationships to ensure timely, value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of program/project delivery in SaaS or professional services.
• 5+ years in program management within SaaS.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack AI capabilities is preferred.
• Strong leadership, energy, problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams, including C-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements through Salesforce Delivery Methodology lifecycle from Discover to Deploy.
• Drive adoption of Slack AI features as part of delivering business value.
• Align scope, objectives and success measures with customers at each stage.
• Build senior client relationships and provide strategic guidance on delivery and AI-driven workflows.
• Improve delivery programs with AI-native practices and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, managing issues and risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional resources, including AI tooling, to achieve success.
• Support customers integrating Slack with Salesforce products for a connected experience.
