Qualifications

8-10+ years of program/project delivery experience for Engagement Delivery Manager, or 10-12+ years for Senior Engagement Delivery Manager, preferably in SaaS and/or professional services.
5+ years of program management experience, preferably within a SaaS organization.
Working knowledge of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack AI product capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead engagements through the full Salesforce Delivery Methodology lifecycle.
Drive adoption of Slack AI capabilities as part of the value delivered.
Build senior client relationships and provide strategic guidance on delivery and AI-enabled ways of working.
Continuously improve delivery programs with AI-native practices to increase efficiency.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget; manage issues and risks.
