Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Delivery Excellence Manager to lead enterprise programs that span Slack and Salesforce ecosystems. You will ensure adherence to the Salesforce Delivery Methodology while driving AI-enabled delivery and strong executive engagement across global client teams.

You will build senior relationships, define success metrics, and push for adoption of Slack AI capabilities, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and scalable programs across regions.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of program/project delivery experience in SaaS or professional services.
• 5+ years of program management experience in SaaS.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack AI capabilities.
• Strong leadership, energy, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internally, including C-level presentation.
• Creative thinking about AI-enabled delivery at a modern company.
• Experience linking Salesforce with Slack in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements through the Salesforce Delivery Methodology lifecycle from Discover to Scale.
• Drive adoption of Slack AI features within customer deployments.
• Align scope, objectives, and success measures with stakeholders across organizations.
• Build senior client relationships and provide strategic delivery guidance.
• Improve delivery programs with AI-native practices to increase efficiency.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, managing risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and integrations with Salesforce products.
