Qualifications

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle including design, development, test, build, and deployment timelines.
• 7+ years in senior customer-facing roles with accountability for enterprise outcomes.
• 10+ years leading large-scale software development transformation or engineering modernization programs in enterprises.
• Proven track record developing and scaling customer success programs or transformation frameworks used broadly by large teams or partners.
• Deep expertise in enterprise SDLC transformation and engineering practices modernization, advising on reinvention initiatives beyond tool implementations.
• Experience leading enterprise change management initiatives involving AI/automation adoption in software development contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead AI-driven digital product delivery transformation strategies for enterprise customers adopting AWS Gen AI services.
• Build repeatable transformation methodologies, maturity models, and assessment frameworks for scale.
