Job summary

You will shape methodologies, playbooks, and frameworks, influence product roadmaps and GTM strategies, and collaborate with partners to scale high-value customer outcomes worldwide.

Qualifications

• AWS certification at senior level or equivalent cloud certification.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles delivering strategic transformation.
• 10+ years leading large-scale software development transformation in enterprise contexts.
• Proven track record scaling customer success programmes and transformation frameworks.
• Experience advising organisations through significant SDLC reinvention initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise change management for AI/adoption in development contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead AI-driven digital product delivery transformation strategies for enterprise customers.
• Build repeatable transformation methodologies, maturity models, and assessment frameworks.
• Co-develop transformation offerings with strategic consulting partners and enable partner-led delivery.
• Monitor transformation health and drive measurable business value like velocity and time-to-market.
• Develop thought leadership content and influence AWS product roadmaps.
