Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles including customer success management or digital transformation advisory
• 10+ years leading large-scale software development transformation programs in enterprise contexts
• Proven track record developing and scaling customer success programs or transformation methodologies
• Deep expertise in enterprise SDLC transformation and engineering practices modernization
• Experience leading enterprise change management initiatives involving AI/automation adoption

Responsibilities

• Design AI-driven digital product delivery transformation strategies for enterprise customers adopting Amazon Kiro and AWS Gen AI services
• Build repeatable transformation methodologies, maturity models, and assessment frameworks for AI-driven SDLC transformation at scale
• Co-develop transformation offerings with strategic consulting partners and enable partner-led programs
• Monitor customer transformation health and address adoption barriers while driving measurable business value
• Develop a point-of-view content, maturity models, and best practices for AI-driven digital product delivery transformation
