You will drive global adoption of AI-powered engagements, prototype rapid solutions, and translate complex challenges into scalable frameworks that enable teams to work smarter and faster.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strategic direction, and measurable outcomes in a customer-obsessed environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience.
3+ years of cloud computing experience.
8+ years of spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable financial results.

Responsibilities

Own and drive one or more strategic delivery initiatives from inception through global adoption.
Define initiative vision, success metrics, and roadmaps using PRFAQ/narrative methods.
Prototype AI-powered solutions and ship within 45 day sprints.
Transition prototypes to GA via ProServe agents for scale and maintenance.
Build partnerships across AWS to align transformation with priorities.
Influence senior stakeholders to secure resources and drive adoption.
