Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Consultant, Agentic Delivery Acceleration, to lead strategic delivery initiatives leveraging AI to accelerate adoption and reduce risk across ProServe.

You will prototype AI-powered solutions, drive global adoption, and translate cross-organizational challenges into scalable frameworks for teams worldwide. The role focuses on defining visions, roadmaps, and success metrics, with rapid prototyping in 45-day sprints and transitioning solutions to GA

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience.
3+ years of cloud computing experience.
8+ years leading strategic cross-functional initiatives with measurable results.
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and drive one or more strategic delivery initiatives from inception through scaled adoption globally.
Define initiative vision, success metrics, and roadmaps using working backwards (PRFAQ/narrative) methodology.
Rapidly prototype solutions using AIDLC (AI Development Lifecycle)—ship working prototypes in 45 day sprints.
Transition prototype and beta solutions to GA via ProServe agents for long-term scale and maintenance.
Build partnerships across AWS to align transformation with organizational priorities.
Influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders without formal authority to secure resources and drive adoption.
Measure initiative impact through portfolio-level business outcomes (adoption rates, cycle time reduction, margin improvement).
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and feedback loops.
