Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned transformation leader to reinvent how organizations plan, execute, and operate their businesses through adoption of Amazon Quick and AWS's generative AI platform.

This is a principal-level individual contributor role within the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) Customer Success Center of Excellence, requiring a combination of executive-level strategic vision and practical credibility to help customers fundamentally reimagine their business processes

Qualifications

7+ years in senior customer-facing roles with enterprise outcomes.
10+ years leading large-scale transformation programs with tech enablement.
L300+ understanding of Amazon Quick and AWS Gen AI platform with business value framing.
Experience leading change management initiatives involving AI adoption.

Responsibilities

Design and lead enterprise transformation strategies for customers adopting Amazon Quick and AWS Gen AI services.
Build repeatable transformation methodologies and playbooks informing product roadmaps and GTM strategy.
Co-develop transformation offerings with strategic consulting partners and enable partner-led delivery.
Monitor transformation health and drive value realization through executive reviews.
