Qualifications

• AWS certification or equivalent cloud certification required.
• 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with enterprise outcomes.
• 10+ years leading large-scale software development transformation programs.
• Experience leading AI/automation adoption in software development contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders on engineering strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead AI-driven digital product delivery transformation strategies for enterprise customers adopting AWS Gen AI services.
• Build repeatable transformation methodologies and assessment frameworks for scale.
• Co-develop transformation offerings with strategic consulting partners and enable partner-led delivery.
• Monitor transformation health and realize measurable business value.
• Develop thought leadership and influence AWS product roadmaps with customer insights.
