Responsibilities

Design and lead AI-driven digital product delivery transformation strategies for enterprise customers adopting Amazon Kiro and AWS Gen AI services
Build repeatable transformation methodologies, maturity models, and assessment frameworks
Synthesize customer learnings into playbooks and best practices informing product roadmap and GTM strategy
Co-develop transformation offerings with strategic partners and support enablement programs
Monitor transformation health and drive value realization through executive reviews
Develop thought leadership and influence AWS product roadmap with customer insights
