Job summary

Symbotic is seeking an intern to join the Customer Success team within the Operations organization. You will analyze automated system performance, support troubleshooting, and help cross-functional teams improve customer site outcomes.

The role involves developing AI-enabled dashboards, tracking KPIs, and collaborating across engineering, operations, and technology partners to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business, data analytics, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret large data sets with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets to identify opportunities to improve system performance at customer sites and across the network.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for system performance issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technology partners to develop and implement performance improvement plans.
• Contribute to improvement efforts involving automated inbound/outbound, lift systems, and related system areas.
• Help build, track, and interpret KPIs and operating metrics to improve people, processes, and systems.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on resolving recurring challenges and improving customer outcomes.
• Help develop and maintain AI-enabled dashboards translating system performance data into actionable insights.
