Obsidian Security seeks a Customer Success Operations Analyst to build reporting, automation, and AI-assisted workflows for the Customer Success organization. You will translate stakeholder needs into governed data requirements, dashboards, account-health reporting, and QBR/EBR materials using a Customer Success data mart.

The role automates renewal, adoption, ticket triage, diagnostics, and cross-platform workflows across tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, and the data warehouse.

Qualifications

Experience building reporting, automation, and AI-assisted workflows for Customer Success.
Translate stakeholder needs into governed data requirements and dashboards.
Ability to automate renewal, adoption, ticket triage, and cross-platform workflows.

Responsibilities

Own the reporting and automation layer for Customer Success.
Default to AI-first workflows to surface insights and recurring reports.
Automate recurring CS workflows across Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, and data warehouse.
