You will lead technical deep-dives with Account Executives, design migration blueprints, monitor health metrics, and drive quarterly business reviews to show ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to white-board, design, and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures clearly.
• Consultative & advisory skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Commercial mindset with experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned roles.
• Excellent communication skills for engineers and C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery with Account Executives and map requirements to fit-for-purpose architectures.
• Design migration and onboarding blueprints and guide customer engineering teams step-by-step.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy alongside Account Executives.
• Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Act as a trusted advisor across the customer lifecycle, addressing deployment risks and strategies.
