Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Enterprise Customer Engineer to drive technical validation, onboarding, and lifecycle expansion for enterprise clients from Singapore. You will bridge technical strategy with business value in a quota-bearing role, coordinating with Account Executives and customer engineering leaders.

You will own migration blueprints, guide zero-trust and WAF-related deployments, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to white-board and articulate complex enterprise architectures.
• Strong advisory skills translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned roles.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management.
• Breadth across internet/security technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery with account teams and map customer infra to company architectures.
• Guide onboarding and migration plans, acting as primary engineering contact for the customer.
• Drive expansion through quarterly business reviews and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain continuous customer relationships across lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
• Leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks and focus on architecture design.
