Job summary

Zuora is seeking a Customer Solution Engineer to join our remote team. You will own the technical relationship with customers and lead demonstrations, using AI-driven approaches to showcase how Zuora enables total monetization.

You will partner with Account Executives to win technical deals and align on roadmap feedback from prospects. You will travel as needed and operate across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, focusing on enterprise customers and multi-channel strategies.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or related finance roles.
Ability to deliver product demonstrations to C-Level audiences.
Familiarity with SaaS, cloud tech, and MEDDIC/value selling.
Understanding of subscription/recurring revenue models.
Experience with LLMs and agent development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Complete Zuora onboarding and sales training to become an expert in products and capabilities.
Own technical relationships with deep understanding of customer needs.
Deliver product demonstrations to executive-level audiences.
Use AI-centric solutions to create end-to-end demos mapped to prospects' objectives.
Secure technical wins by differentiating Zuora and handling objections.
Collaborate with product management to inform roadmaps based on customer needs.
Define and monitor business cases and KPIs in account plans.
Support field events with demonstrations and technical expertise.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs and coordinate cross-functional resources.
Travel throughout your sales territory.
