You will engage with customers to uncover business requirements, craft tailored solutions, and present strategic IT roadmaps using Salesforce platforms.

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S. or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS.
• Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology.
• Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Align innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive multi-product solutions across Salesforce product lines.
• Conduct business problem solving and define opportunities, next steps and value.
• Demonstrate solutions through software demos and live product demonstrations.
• Travel based on territory alignment and region as needed.
