Job summary

Zuora is seeking a technical SaaS solutions engineer who drives the technical win on billing and quote-to-cash for strategic customers. You will scope, configure, and build QTC solutions hands-on, partnering with AEs and remaining engaged with accounts beyond the deal cycle to support adoption and expansion.

You’ll dive into consumption and AI-native monetization, architect APIs and integrations, and present architectural and pricing tradeoffs to customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Presales, or Solution Architecture on enterprise deals.
• Direct billing / CPQ experience spanning CPQ, billing, and revenue.
• Consumption / usage-based billing fluency.
• Experience with AI-native monetization in SaaS products.
• Strong API, data integration, and architecture skills.
• Telecom experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical win through enterprise sales cycles and secure the decision.
• Own account technical health and diagnose billing issues across deployments.
• Scope and build QTC solutions aligning CPQ, billing, and revenue.
• Create proofs of concept with APIs and data integrations.
• Present architecture and pricing tradeoffs to executives.
• Support post-sale health and expansion opportunities.
