Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions/Sales Engineering, Customer Engineering, or similar).
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments and understanding SaaS metrics.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical details and C-suite strategy.
• Hands-on Cloudflare Developer Stack experience (Workers AI, AI Gateway) preferred.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for integration scripts.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and demos/PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Own long-term technical relationships aligning customer goals with product roadmap.
• Carry a quota linked to new business and ongoing account growth; drive QBRs.
• Utilize AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and focus on advisory work.
